Welcome to

creating a home that nourishes you

SPRING is the time traditionally set aside for Spring Cleaning".  Swirling all around us are tips and resources for cleaning and organizing your home. However, clearing, cleaning and organizing your space is good in any season!

Here's the thing: Just as self love determines the flow of your life, so does the state of your space.

Here are 14 ways you can transform your home into an organized, calm and nourishing reflection of your individual style and spirit. You'll discover simple ways to create an environment that FEEDS you! Step into a dwelling that helps facilitate wellness by restoring and renewing your energy and providing inner peace.
.
As Oprah says, 'your home should rise up to meet you'.

The world is chaotic enough. Having a home that soothes and inspires you is a gift. I learned the power of an ordered home & life from my mother. I didn't value what I learned from her until I became older and less rebellious. It was then that I could see the value in respecting my space. Space alchemy transformed my life, and I started teaching others how to feel the same.

Creating space  IS NOT about organizing your kitchen cabinets or clearing the garage, etc.  Although that is important too.  It's about observing ourselves, meditating on our homes, discovering what we want and don't want, then moving forward. Why? Having a home that nourishes us spills over into the other aspects of our life, for the better.

HOW IT WORKS
.

1. action step,

2. question and

3. a reflection to guide you towards creating a nourishing space. Each tip is designed to help you reflect and work on both your inner and outer worlds.

Click on a box and you'll find the challenge of the day.  Although the tips are broken down into days, feel free to do a tip a day, a tip a week or, a tip a month. It's completely your decision to follow what works best for you.

During this time I suggest keeping a journal to write down your thoughts. You can immediately implement the application of the day, or you can read and journal over the next two weeks.  Go at your own pace. Feel free to utilize and integrate what you need into your life a bit at a time.

Please feel free to email me with your questions, comments, and suggestions!

Note: A couple of people mentioned they felt guilty for not having their space together.  Right now, and I mean, right now, forgive yourself.  Now, let's begin.
